Meet Paul

Experience

Paul provides tax services on St. Maarten as well as on the islands Saba and St. Eustatius.

Paul has over 20 years of professional experience in advising domestic and subsidiaries of multinational companies on fiscal matters.

He is the lead tax director for locally based clients and has advised a wide range of local and international corporations across a variety of industries, including public utility and tourism. He has worked on numerous mergers and acquisition transactions. Paul serves several subsidiaries of international corporations in St. Maarten.

Memberships

Paul is co-founder and board member of the Foundation Tax Committee of St. Maarten.
