(Senior) Manager BPS

Join our team as a (Senior) Manager, BPS, where your expertise and leadership will drive success for our clients and our firm. 

What does your work look like? 
As a Senior Manager BPS, you will help clients improve their financial reporting and gain insights into their operations. You’ll keep them informed about key accounting, financial, and regulatory changes, while maintaining the highest professional standards.

What are the role’s main responsibilities, what will it involve? 

• Manage our compilation engagements in a wide variety of industries, ensuring high quality and compliance in financial statements and reports.
• Consult with and advise clients on business and process improvements, serving as a trusted business advisor.
• Actively participate in networking activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure the quality, progress, and profitability of client assignments are maintained within budget.
• Participate in the hiring process, while also coaching and mentoring team members to enable growth and improve our departmental expertise overall.

As (Senior) Manager BPS, you recognize yourself in the following profile: 

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or Business Economics.
• Preferably an AA qualification
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the Dutch Caribbean.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills including proficiency in accounting standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
• A people-focused leadership approach with commitment to teamwork and building trusted relationships.
